Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 Australia-wide.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post (or another carrier depending on destination and package weight).

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
• Express shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier delays. During busy periods, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.


Returns

Returns are accepted only for faulty or defective items.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on worn or opened items.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our team and we will assist you as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

There is a short window of time to adjust or cancel an order after it has been placed.
